In the prestigious NG2 Business Park, our client wanted to upgrade this once tired office into a contemporary space which would appeal to a new trendy tenant. By using an intricate carpet layout combined with a co-ordinating colour scheme, we have created a high-end office space which feels bright and spacious.
A new teaching facility for engineering students within the Faculty of Engineering at The University of Nottingham now has the ‘wow factor’ after our East Midlands-based company carried out a full interior refurbishment.
On this particular project, we worked alongside both the landlord and the tenant to transform this prestigious building from a nightclub into a new trendy office space in the heart of Nottingham’s Lace Market area. The client was looking for an open-plan building where they could grow their team, and this spacious listed building was a fantastic choice. The transformation was a unique blend of old and new, and resulted in one of the coolest offices in Nottingham.
This privately owned cottage was completely transformed by our team, and had a great amount of design involvement from start to finish. The building was completely stripped back to it’s brickwork, and had a complete overhaul including a complete set of new windows. The cottage now has a lovely warm feeling, and is being happily occupied by its owner.
The University approached us to refurbish some of their staff breakout rooms in the L2 building. We created comfortable stylish rooms by using different shades of blue in the carpet layout, blinds and furniture, as well as a bespoke feature wall vinyl for each of the rooms to have its own identity.
The 260 sq m student study space in the university’s Coates Building underwent a full fit-out refurbishment of three teaching spaces which saw removal of the existing partitions to re-configure the room layout.
