Having created amazing student facilities recently, we are now transforming this staff breakout room into a unique relaxing space, complete with a roof terrace garden! The top floor area will comprise of exciting flooring, modern furniture and high-spec finishes throughout, creating a comfortable area for all members of staff.
Having previously transformed the lower 2 floors of this stunning listed building into a unique office space, we were subsequently given the opportunity to refurbish the top floor also. This space has beautiful architectural features and provides ample natural light, lending itself to be a great working environment, in one of the most prestigious areas of Nottingham.
On this particular project, we worked alongside both the landlord and the tenant to transform this prestigious building from a nightclub into a new trendy office space in the heart of Nottingham’s Lace Market area. The client was looking for an open-plan building where they could grow their team, and this spacious listed building was a fantastic choice. The transformation was a unique blend of old and new, and resulted in one of the coolest offices in Nottingham.
Taking inspiration from the tranquil surroundings of the Jubilee Campus where the School is sited, the University wanted to create a stylish foyer that put students in the right frame of mind for lectures. Given the stunning modern architecture of the space, we focused on creating a striking carpet layout which would guide people through the space and create a welcoming environment.
In the prestigious NG2 Business Park, our client wanted to upgrade this once tired office into a contemporary space which would appeal to a new trendy tenant. By using an intricate carpet layout combined with a co-ordinating colour scheme, we have created a high-end office space which feels bright and spacious.
The University approached us to refurbish some of their staff breakout rooms in the L2 building. We created comfortable stylish rooms by using different shades of blue in the carpet layout, blinds and furniture, as well as a bespoke feature wall vinyl for each of the rooms to have its own identity.
A new teaching facility for engineering students within the Faculty of Engineering at The University of Nottingham now has the ‘wow factor’ after our East Midlands-based company carried out a full interior refurbishment.
Having expanded the business, B&M moved into their new headquarters at Pelham Court in order to be more accessible for clients and suppliers. The new premises was designed and fully refurbished by our in-house team, and now acts as our office as well as showroom. Spread over 3 stories, it provides amble space for our office-based team, and is a great example of our expertise.
This privately owned cottage was completely transformed by our team, and had a great amount of design involvement from start to finish. The building was completely stripped back to it’s brickwork, and had a complete overhaul including a complete set of new windows. The cottage now has a lovely warm feeling, and is being happily occupied by its owner.
The 260 sq m student study space in the university’s Coates Building underwent a full fit-out refurbishment of three teaching spaces which saw removal of the existing partitions to re-configure the room layout.
With a relationship spanning more than a decade, B&M Installations has completed a number of fit-out projects for The University of Nottingham. Since winning our first tender worth around £780,000 in 2006, we have successfully bid for and won a number of further contracts since.
Following flood damage in 2013 B&M was taken on to repair and fit out Arnbrook Primary School in Arnold. The school had been submerged by the flood, and over 2,000 square metres of classrooms were inundated by up to two feet of water.
